The location here is fantastic, situated in a quiet area yet conveniently close to Selby Fork, just a 15-minute drive away.

This place has a peaceful location, and everything was flawless during our stay, being close to a restaurant, a skilled chef, the city center of Leeds, and a lovely conservatory.

Very very helpful staff with a friendly member of staff and the location was unbeatable nowhere to walk the dog other than the car park because of being located overlooking a dual carriageway.

This place is perfectly situated in a serene area, just a short walk from dining options and a 25-minute stroll away from All Saints church.

The staff were efficient, with extra attention to the details. We had a standard twin room, which was attractive and spotless. Had good amenities.

Convenient location, close to Watermill restaurant, major road network, and Micklefield metro station, with nice breakfast options like orange juice and ham.

Remote location was a plus. Also, we were 3 km from St Mary the Virgin.

No Internet in the room... the food is not really good
